주관사는 보다 나은 서비스 제공, 고객편의 제공 등 원활한 업무수행을 위하여 전시회 등록시스템 운영사에 개인정보 취급업무를 위탁하여 운영하고 있습니다.
To provide better service to the visitors, exhibition organizer entrusts the task of handling personal information to the opertator of registration system.

개인정보 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.
Personal information will be terminated right after achieving it's purpose.

[영상정보처리기기 설치, 운영 / Installation and operation of video information processing devices]
벡스코는 아래와 같이 영상정보처리기기를 설치․운영하고 있습니다.
- 영상정보처리기기 설치근거‧목적 : 벡스코 시설안전 및 화재예방
- 설치 대수, 설치 위치, 촬영 범위 : 전시장 로비‧전시실 등 주요시설물에 설치, 촬영범위는 주요시설물의 전 공간을 촬영
- 관리책임자, 담당부서 및 영상정보에 대한 접근권한자 : 안전지원실
- 영상정보 촬영시간, 보관기간, 보관장소, 처리방법
• 촬영시간 : 24시간 촬영
• 보관장소 및 처리방법 : 영상정보처리기기 방재실에 보관․처리
- 영상정보 확인 방법 및 장소 : 안전지원실
- 정보주체의 영상정보 열람 등 요구에 대한 조치 : 개인영상정보 열람‧존재확인 청구서로 신청하여야 하며, 정보주체 자신이 촬영된 경우 또는 명백히 정보주체의 생명‧신체‧재산 이익을 위해 필요한 경우에 한해 열람을 허용함
- 영상정보 보호를 위한 기술적‧관리적‧물리적 조치 : 내부관리계획 수립, 접근통제 및 접근권한 제한, 영상정보의 안전한 저장‧전송기술 적용, 처리기록 보관 및 위‧변조 방지조치, 보관시설 마련 및 잠금장치 설치 등
BEXCO operates video information processing devices as follows:
- Basis and purpose of installation of video information processing devices: BEXCO facility safety and fire prevention.
- Number of installations, installation locations, and coverage: Installed in main facilities such as exhibition hall lobbies and exhibition rooms, covering the entire space of major facilities.
- Person in charge, department responsible, and authorized personnel for accessing video information: Safety Support Office.
- Recording time, storage period, storage location, and processing method of video information:
• Recording time: Continuous 24-hour recording.
• Storage location and processing method: Stored and processed in the video information processing device control room.
- Method and location for accessing video information: Safety Support Office.
- Measures taken in response to requests for viewing video information from data subjects: Data subjects need to submit a request for viewing or confirming the existence of personal video information by filling out the application form. Access to video information is allowed only in cases where the data subject themselves are captured in the footage or when it is necessary for the explicit protection of the data subject's life, body, or property interests.
- Technical, administrative, and physical measures for the protection of video information: Establishment of internal management plans, access control and restriction, application of secure storage and transmission technologies for video information, storage and prevention of tampering with processing records, provision of storage facilities with locking mechanisms, and more.

[영상정보(사진 및 동영상 등) 촬영에 관한 동의 / Consent for Capturing Visual Information (Photos and Videos)]
전시회 현장에서 사진 촬영 및 영상 녹화가 진행됩니다.
- 촬영목적
• 본 행사 및 추후 개최될 전시회와 컨퍼런스 홍보
• 박람회 관련 보도자료 및 문건 첨부
- 촬영된 자료는 위 목적 외 다른 목적으로 사용되지 않습니다.
Photography and video recording will take place at the exhibition venue.
Purpose of capturing:
• Promotion of the current event and future exhibitions and conferences.
• Inclusion in exhibition-related press releases and documents.
The captured materials will not be used for any purposes other than those stated above.

[개인정보 제3자 제공 동의 / Consent for Third-Party Provision of Personal Information]
부산국제철도기술산업전은 개최에 따른 전시회 방향 제시, 전시회 검증 등의 목적으로 참가업체, 바이어, 일반관람객에게 설문조사를 시행합니다. 또한, 행사장 내 바코드 태그를 이용해 수집된 정보는 참가업체 마케팅 목적으로 활용됩니다. 이를 위해 제공받은 정보는 각 기관에 제공될 수 있으며, 제공된 데이터는 해당 목적 이외에는 절대 사용되지 않음을 알려드립니다.
- 제공받는 기관 : 한국전시산업진흥회, RailLog Korea 2025 참가업체
- 제공목적 : 전시회 검증 자료 활용, 참가업체 마케팅 활용 등
- 보유기간 : 사업 종료일까지
conducts surveys among participating companies, buyers, and general visitors for the purpose of suggesting development directions of the exhibition and validating the exhibition. Additionally, information collected using barcode tags within the venue will be utilized for marketing purposes by participating companies. Please note that the provided information may be shared with the respective organizations, and the provided data will not be used for any purposes other than the aforementioned.
- Receiving Organizations: Association of Korean Exhibition Industry, RailLog Korea 2025 participating companies
- Purpose of Use: Utilization of exhibition validation data, participating companies' marketing activities, etc.
- Retention Period: Until the end of the project

원칙적으로 개인정보 보호법에 의해 개인정보 수집 동의를 거부할 권리가 있으며, 수집 동의 거부 시에는 전시회 입장이 제한됩니다.
Principally, you have the right to refuse consent for the collection of personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act, and if you choose to refuse consent, it may result in restrictions on accessing the exhibition.
